Introducing the Boom Racing AR44 PHAT Portal Axles, factory-assembled and ready to run.

Built heavier than most standard axles, PHAT portals add valuable low-mounted weight where crawlers need it most, helping improve stability and maintain a lower center of gravity on technical terrain.

Strength matches performance. Inside, heavy-duty hardened steel gears deliver smooth, reliable power transfer with long-term durability. Paired with BADASS high-strength alloy steel driveshafts, the system is engineered to handle serious crawling without compromise.

Scale realism. Added weight. Proven durability.

  • High pinion axle setup for improved clearance
  • Reversible ring gear position in the housing and optional reversed AR44 gear for counter-rotating center drivetrain setup
  • Compatible with PHAT™ axle brake disc and caliper (requires optional adapter #BRPT005)
  • Anodized aluminum lower link mounts
