Instruction manual for BRX02 6X6 Rear Axle Conversion Kit for BRX70/80/90 Axle

This is a Center-Pinion Third Member Gear Unit for 6X6 / 8x8 (fits BRX70/BRX80/BRX90 PHAT Axle). The included 30T ring and 8T pinion gears are specifically designed for pass-thru axle setup. Install this set of parts in the axle connecting to the pass-thru axle. Note this is not for the pass-thru axle.

Includes:

  • Aluminum third member
  • Heavy-duty (30/8T) steel helical triangular keyed gear ring & pinion gears
  • Heavy-duty steel spool
  • Bearings
  • 12.9 Grade Hardware
  • Shims

Use this in multi-axle truck builds for smooth drivetrain power delivery.
